UNABLE to install RBZ extensions!

There is NO ‘extension manager’ under ‘window’! ONLY extension warehouse and it is DEFINITELY NOT THERE in Sketchup 2016!

so what is the REAL way to install my RBZ file???

That information is not false but it has been updated to apply to SU2017 and later. With SU2016, go to Preferences>Extensions and select Install Extension… If you select the 2016 version in the upper right corner of the screen, you’ll get the correct information for that version.

Would that apply to 2016? I don’t want to install it to find out. I assume so since there is no extensions tab in windows>preferences after 2016

The page is correct. There is a version control in the right upper corner of the page. When set to 2017 or 2018 it shows, as it ought to do, this:

The image you posted shows the correct instructions for v. 2016 or older.
