I can’t access 3D Warehouse and Extension Warehouse anymore because it always shows a message, that I need to connect the internet, it’s already connected and I checked it many times on several days. i downloaded 2020 trial, and it worked perfectly, but once i switch to 2018, it stops working.

You should use https, and someone in my other topic mentioned that a / was needed at the end for it to work for them. The whole line would then become: ONLINE_TEST_URL=https://www.bing.com/
