Unable to connect to internet while using 3D Warehouse and Extension Warehouse!

I can’t access 3D Warehouse and Extension Warehouse anymore because it always shows a message, that I need to connect the internet, it’s already connected and I checked it many times on several days.
i downloaded 2020 trial, and it worked perfectly, but once i switch to 2018, it stops working.

The old topic talks about the right thing, but is referring to old values for the setting. First, the not seeing Internet at all is not the same problem as there was recently where the 3D Warehouse window contents were empty. For people to see that issue, they absolutely did have to be online. What you’re seeing is that the online test is failing. I have a theory about that, which you could help test. Do you have a typo here? Should the file path be SketchUp 2018 (not 2016) Could you also note in your original post that this issue can also affect extensions that require internet access for license activation and other online activities. As a developer, we typically use the command Sketchup.is_online to test whether there is a valid internet connection but the issue mentioned prevents this command from giving the correct result.

You should use https, and someone in my other topic mentioned that a / was needed at the end for it to work for them. The whole line would then become:

ONLINE_TEST_URL=https://www.bing.com/
