Is it possible to make a tube like a funnel, larger at bottom smaller at top. Thanks

So many ways. What specifically do you need.
A simple cylinder can be scaled at one end.
A circular path and an appropriate profile can be used with Follow me.

To 3DxJFD, your blue axis is upside down.
