Trying to set up a students to use Sketch Up

I am trying to set up 60 students to use Sketchup for schools, but need lots of help.
The students have full access to Microsoft Education and Office 365 but I am told the students need admin to approve their accounts. I have checked with my site leader and ICT coordinator but neither of them know who would be the admin. Is it possible that we just need to be whitelisted?

We are not able to bypass the admin approval process, so you will need to track down your school/district’s Microsoft 365 Admin. This will be the person who is responsible for approving and/or blocking apps for use by your school. Once the app has been approved by your admin you and your students should be able to access it without an issue.
