Troubles with SU Warehouse log in

hi.
I’m trying to log in via SU to Warehouse but permanently get the error message.

However, it’s okay with log in via browser.
Can you help with that?

I’m having Mac with OS Yosemite.
SU language is Russian.

What happens if you click on the little house above the message? I presume you’re not logged in. Try Safari login, and clearing Safari cookies related to 3dwarehouse. Last thing: delete a file /Users/YOUR_HOME_DIR/Library/Application Support/SketchUp 2016/SketchUp/cookiejar.xml if it exists, and delete the directory /Users/YOUR_HOME_DIR/Library/Caches/com.sketchup.SketchUp.2016/

Hi Barry.

No, I’m not logged in, I get this message when I click login button.

If I click the house icon I go back to the main screen of SU Warehouse.
I can brows models and download them to my project, but as I am not logged in, I can’t create collections and upload mine.

So my problem is that I can’t log in from the SU application. And this is what I need exactly)

As I said, it’s working fine with browser.
I’m having SU2015, can’t find the file and directory you’ve mentioned.

Found the directory finally)
But it still don’t work.
I get the same message.

@BD_startup, Does the login for Extension Warehouse or Trimble Connect work?

I login with Google account on Warehouse website. And it’s working fine.
So I can work with my account and all warehouse functions in browser.

BUT. When I click LOG IN button in the Sketchup Application, I get the error message.

Are you using Safari when you have success?

Nope, I’m using Chrome.

SU can only use the same engine as Safari…

if you make sure you can connect with Safari, SU will inherit the relevant setting and should then work…

so, Safari needs to be up to date…
the cache may need cleaning…
Javascript defiantly needs to be enabled…

and if it’s still broke, there’s a hidden SU WebCore cache as well…
