Trouble opening SketchUp Make

Hi, can someone please help me. I keep getting a blug splat when I try to open sketchup. I haven’t been able to get it work since upgrading to windows 10.

Send in the BugSplat data with some identifier that can be looked up in the splat database. (“The squeeky wheel gets the grease.”)

And see this:

Make sure you install (or repair) the SketchUp installation by right-clicking the installer and choosing “Run as administrator”.

Make sure your graphics and other hardware meet the minimum requirements for your SketchUp version:

Update to the latest available Intel Graphics driver for your APU.

you may want use our free ‘OpenGL Config’ support tool for disabling the hardware acceleration setting from outside SU (download to desktop > launch).

no spyware/malware/adware of course.
