I am having trouble creating a Group in new Sketchup for Web. I select the items, and right click. When I right click, the items un-select, and the window pops up to select Make Group. If I select that, the whole screen zooms WAY out so the whole model is very small. When I go back in close, the desired group has not been created. I must be missing something. Any suggestions? Thanks.
That would indicate you’ve moved the cursor off of the selected entities before right clicking. Keep the cursor on the selection when right clicking.
It is possible to make an empty group and then add geometry to it. You’re making the empty group by right clicking on the empty space and choosing Make Group.
