Trimble Connect Problems

I received this message when trying to save a file to Trimble Connect.

“You’ve exceeded your allotted Trimble Connect projects. To create another project, proceed to SketchUp.com/Pricing to purchase a subscription.”

I purchased Sketchup Pro already 2 years ago.

Can anyone help?

The Trimble Connect businessplan which is included in SketchUp Go/Pro/Studio should be available if the plan is active. Does it say active on myaccount.trimble.com?

Yes it says Active on my SketchUp Pro, Annual Plan
