I Have a SketchPro version but can’t save to Trimble connect, a Google search says it’s included, but I get an error message saying I need to purchase a subscription which I already have.

There was service interruption due to the AWS outage the past few days.
But your error seems like it may be something else.
Make sure you are signed in with the same email address you’re using with your SketchUp subscription.
It might be that you have used the ‘hide my email’ option, which creates a ‘private _relay’ Trimble Identity.
Check myprofile.trimble.com, or head for ‘Products & Licenses > My products’ here:
Thanks Dan, Mike. It seems to be a Trimble issue, I checked my profile and only have one email and it is not hidden, I am waiting for support to contact me.
