Trimble cannot recognise my password, I have asked to reset my password but nothing happens after pressing “Reset password” now I have to wait 30 min to try again.
Is this a SU issue or a TC issue? I would guess TC but it depends…
No idea what SU or TC means, if you clarify it I might know what or where the problem is.

Never mind, did type the same password as a couple of hours ago but this time it did work.
