Trial Version after Purchasing Sketchup Pro Year Subscription?!

Hello All,

I just purchased a Sketchup Pro 2019 year subscription and it still indicates trial version. I searched support topics and logged out of my account and back in, no change. I uninstalled and reinstalled Pro, no change. It shows that I purchased the product, but upon installing the executable I continue to see TRIAL VERSION. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Were it showes that you bought it, is the AMP.
Now click in the Members in that plan, how many seats are available?

So, I finally found the “seat” and made it active. Working fine now. Thanks.
