Trouble canceling Trial

I downloaded the 30 day trial of Sketchup 2019, I believe it is a Pro trial but am unsure. I am having trouble canceling the subscription. I found where to Deauthorize users, but I do not think I am in the right place. I cannot find my license number under “License” on the login screen of the Sketchup client, it simply shows that I am currently in a trial phase. I do not have access to the customer help services. The Subscription is active until 4/4/19. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You don’t have a subscription, so there’s nothing to cancel. The software will work for 30 days, and then you’ll have to pay for a subscription to keep using it afterward.
