It would be useful if you put the correct information in your forum profile. If you have a PC it’s some version of Windows. There is no SketchUp Pro 2017 Make, either.

Also in the ‘what version are you using’; there was no choice in the profile selections for 2016; the earliest available selection choice was 2017. I’ll see if I can fix the platform type; now I understand, old was Windows 10; new is Windows 11. Thanks!

You might find a copy somewhere if you do an internet search but be careful it doesn’t come with something you don’t want. You download it at your own risk.
