It would be amazing if you could sort out a way to migrate the toolbar settings from one version of sketchup to another. It’s a small detail, but I can’t be alone in hating that I have to rebuild my toolbar everytime a new version comes out.
If anyone out there knows of a way to actually do this…I would be eternally grateful!

Your keyboard shortcuts will be automatically carried over to the new version if you install SketchUp correctly.
You can copy your templates from the previous version to the new version in less than 10 seconds.
You can use the Extension Migrator to copy the extensions. This will work well for most extensions although you’ll then need to deal with any that can’t simply be copied due to the way they install. You also need to make sure you’ve kept all of your extensions up to date.
Some of the private preferences can be copied over without issue, but toolbars are a bit trickier. I don’t think there is a consistent way of doing it outside of it being supported within SketchUp, especially for extension toolbars.
