Please. Is there any justification for removing this option?
Can you please bring it back. Now. The lack of this outweighs any progressions made in Layout 2026 .For me at least, seriously.

What??? You can’t any longer customise toolbars? Seriously?
I seem to be able to on MacOS. Can you not on Windows? I think Windows got the new unified interface, but it hasn’t been implemented on Mac yet.
toolbar configuration in layout now works like in sketchup (on PC. on mac it already did)

Does this though allow for commands that have no button? Eg: Bigger / Smaller (Text).

you mean add a buttonless command to a toolbar ? no. like on sketchup, and pretty much all other apps.
you can give it a shortcut, that’s all.
I am having same issue, you can add a blank toolbar but can’t assign commands as in buttons. Can’t drag buttons either. Am I missing something?

There reaally should be a Text toolbar.
Im really missing the Text Alignment tools - Left, Middle, Right, Top Middle Bottom.

Thanks, it worked once I created a custom blank toolbar ready to accept the copied commands.
Happy now.
