たまに『LibFredo6の更新の確認』が立ち上がるのですが、更新の仕方がわかりません。
Ucationを確認すると15.0aが最新でした。
赤いダウンロードボタンを押して、v15.0aをダウンロードしたのですが、そのファイルをどうしていいのかわかりません。
お時間ある方教えてください。

Do you have the SketchUcation Extension Store plugin installed? That’s what I use to manage all his and other extensions from SketchUcation. Once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty convenient and easy to check for and install updates.

The Sketchucation Extension Store is required in order to be able to use any of the extensions shown in your first screenshot. It is required for license management.
@Fredo6 FYI: The description for LibFredo6 ver 15.0a says: "FredoBtach" instead of "FredoBatch".
