There was a problem downloading this file. It may have been deleted from Trimble Connect

If project size limit is the case and versions are responsible for eating up that extra space, it’s certainly not reflected in the UI:

I had no problems with the wood cart storage model, but the shelving model you sent to me in the Support ticket that we got today did show issues. I’m not sure yet if this is a Trimble Connect issue or a SketchUp For Web issue.

The v60 version appears corrupted. Our engineers are looking at it.
I can insert v30 into a new file, and open it in SketchUp For Web, but then crazy things happen and the model ends up disappearing anyway, so I don’t recommend it.
I’ve logged that specific file bug as SKIT-4514 in our system, and I’ll update you when I hear back.
