There is no response even if I put the license in the blank and press the Add button.
I would appreciate it if you could deal with this problem.

all buttons are not working and link also not working in license page.
Unfortunately, all license screens for 2017 and earlier are currently broken. I created a bug report for the problem to be looked into. We already know that some important files are not working on our servers. I don’t know how long it will take to fix those files.
Hi Colin.
Is this resolved?
Is there other solutions to activate the license? Our staff need to activate the license to use the software.
It isn’t fully resolved. There is a work around. I will send a message to you to explain that.
I’m dealing with the same issue. The “Add License” and “Advanced…” buttons aren’t responding.
I tried right-clicking “Advanced…” and opening it in a new window, which opens the Add License page in Internet Explorer (Version 24H2, OS Build 26100.3476). However, the problem persists.
I then copied the URL from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome (Version 134.0.6998.166, Official Build, 64-bit), and the “Add License” button worked. However, after copying and pasting my license info, I received the following message:
Oops…
That doesn’t look like a valid Serial Number and Authorization Code combination.
Please check your license and try again. (Hint: Copy & paste works best, but you can also try manually typing it in.)
Authorization codes can be found in your license email or retrieved from our [License Manager]. For more troubleshooting tips, please visit this [Help Center article].
I’ve installed the software and ran it as an administrator.
I’d appreciate it if @colin could provide an update on the reported broken license screens or assist me in updating my .lic file with my license details and the information from my new notebook
What version of SketchUp are you trying to license?
Thanks for reaching out. The SN and AC were copied and pasted from the email sent by the reseller, and I looked up the license information in the License Manager, so I’m pretty sure it’s a valid combination.
The version is SketchUp Pro 2016.
The SketchUp License Welcome page is unresponsive. After that, I managed to open the license page in Chrome, but that’s when I got the “invalid license” response. The real issue is the unresponsive Welcome-License page.
