“The subscription server response is invalid”
I am connected to the internet, and I get this message. Presumably this means your servers are down? As a result I cannot use your software? Why is there no grace period like on other subscription softwares to allow users to coast over these sorts of glitches?
- log off account
- close SketchUp (!)
- start SketchUp
- log in account

The suggested steps were tried and did not resolve the issue, it transpired that the issue was being caused by a firewall.
