Getting the error, "subscription server response is invalid." What can I do?

I work as a Desktop administrator and have encountered this issue regarding a users access to their SketchUp Pro 2022 program and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, rebooted the machine and the error still appears.

Is this a user error or a server error?
