After my Window 10 was updated, the problem happen, White shade on the screen and selection problems as shown in the picture.
That is a graphic card driver issue. This often happens with windows 10 updates, the update often installs a bad driver or disconnects the nvidia card from sketchup.
So check that sketchup is using your gtx 1060 and not an integrated card.
Check if there is a driver update for your card on the Nvidia site.
Or rolling back the driver for your card may fix it.

I have download the GTX driver from MSI official site, and I do install the driver. Finally, it works
