Pro 21 issues desktop

First I want to say hi, im new to the forum and new to sketchup, I have a lot of learning to do. I’ve been alright at using sketchup online so I’ve started the free trial for the pro version to see how that goes but I have a black screen and if I more the cursor about it leaves a lots of lines behind, absolutely no chance of drawing up anything. Can anyone help?

Check your settings in SketchUp Preferences > Open GL. If Fast Feedback is active, try unchecking it and restarting SketchUp. You can also try reducing Anti Aliasing.

Thanks Brian I’m trying that now but to find sketchup preferences on windows 10 isn’t easy

I found it, I was looking in the wrong place. I reduced the anti-aliasing and that fixed it. Thank you
