Telephone number - at least for sales - how much would it cost?

Hello:
I understand not Trimble not having a fax number…got rid of mine years ago But no phone? Not even for sales?

I found a sales number the other day, but it went to an answering machine, left a message and did not get a call back. I don’t know how I found it and can’t find it again, but the web page said that we are here and waiting for your call… yeah right.

How much would it cost to hire an overseas receptionist to answer the phone and create tickets for your valued? Pro clients.

Issues do become urgent at times, and not everyone wants to send an email and wait a day or two for a response.

I understand its a Google culture thing, you don’t want to talk to people, but for the tiny cost, I’ll bet your customers would really appreciate the ability to dispatch a request with a phone call, and you can get someone else to do it for you.

for a hotline simply more staff (= significant cost) is required compared with an asynchronous processing of emails one-by-one.
