Trying to reach Trimble’s phone support for huge billing issue that has come to light. Our rep dosen’t work there anymore. Their 855 numbers as well as their other billing and sales numbers all take you through prompts and ultimately end in a voicemail request.
How does such a large company function without phone support ?
Any help from anyone for a direct way to reach someone in billing ?
Hi @dwayne, I know that waiting for support is annoying. We are doing our best to get through as many tickets as possible each day and we will get to yours once it comes up in the queue. In the meantime, if you did not get a verification that your ticket was received, I can ask our support team to manually look up your email address to verify that it is in the queue.
Also, if you purchased SketchUp via a reseller partner, you could try reaching out to them too. They may have a shorter queue for support and might be able to solve your issue.
Finally, make sure you have everything ready to go for when you get an email from our support team. Knowing your account details and license information will help speed things up a bit. We also may need to verify your payment information if we are unable to locate your license via email so having that handy is not a bad idea either.
