I am going to reinstall. Sometimes third time is a charm.

I have reinstalled again and everything is working fine. I will re-customize all my settings tomorrow. If it still works I will give a public apology on this thread.

You should do it step by step and make sure that no “re-customizing step” is causing that issue…

We’re just curious how to repro these things. Just do the best you can in trying to recreate the issue. In the mean time, we have some ideas on how to help people troubleshoot these problems that we’ll implement in the coming weeks. Thanks for persisting.

Everything is still working. All of my customized sheet borders in Layout are still there. That was a big fear with doing another reinstall. Sorry for the crude topic naming. I promise I will be more patient in the future. I love Sketchup and will be renewing my tech support next month.
