Hey DaveR … garytcosta is having the same issues as I am. I’m as frustrated as he is. I’ve been using SU2019 for a year or so with no issues. Today I upgraded my OSX from Yosemite to Sierra and boy the troubles started. Firstly the mouse was slow (found out that I had to buy a Magic Mouse2 to work with Sierra). The measuring tool is not behaving as it used to as I use guidelines a lot for my drawing. I’ve always dragged the guideline let go and typed in the desired measurement and the guideline moved accordingly to the correct distance. If, I made a mistake, I could retype the new measurement in the measurement box and the guideline would move to the required distance. This is not happening for me now. Coupled with that I hover over an object and get it’s surface area displayed and/or I get the x,y,z coordinated in the box. Is there a way to do away with the coordinates and the area from appearing in the box and have measuring distance only?[quote=“DaveR, post:18, topic:97029, full:true”]
The thing I’m getting at is that you aren’t supposed to click in the Measurements window at all. And the problem you are having is because you are doing what you aren’t supposed to be doing.
What about the area and coordinates appearing?
