I have purchased a SketchUp Studio – Educational (Student License) under order 22496, confirmed via an email from Trimble on March 17, 2025. According to the email, this license is valid for one year and should be ready for use immediately.
However, after registering my Trimble ID and checking the My Products section, my account only shows an Active Trial version, instead of the one-year license that I purchased. I am unable to activate the paid license.
Please guide me on how to properly activate my license so that I can use SketchUp for the full duration of my purchase. If you need any further information, I am happy to provide it.
