On Friday my trial for SketchUp had expired. In Septer I bought an Education license. I was told after 30 days this would then be activated. This is not so as when I login to my account I am prompted to buy SU Pro or use a classic license.

If bought in September, the license should be assigned to the emailaddress that you provided, automatically.
If, however, you didn’t activate your Trimble ID, you need to activate it, again.
That activation can only be done by the one who has access to that email
