No product shown on Trimble after purchasing SketchUp

There are no products shown on my Trimble account after purchasing SketchUp Pro EDU, so I can´t use it.

I got an email stating that my order has been processed and is ready to be used, with a link to my account, but nothing is there. I was told by the seller that I have not activated the product yet, but I did not receive any email to activate it and was suggested to finish my Trimble ID, which already was finalised. Any suggestions, please?

I don’t yet see any products for the email address you use in the forum. Normally EDU subscription require an education email address. Is it possible the subscription was assigned to a different email?

The seller never inquired about my education email address, and I have only communicated/signed up with this email.

Who is the seller? Did you contact them about this?

The seller is a Czech SketchUp distributor : 3E Praha Engineering.
Yes, I did. I was told to that I should have received an activation email, but I did not receive any.

All is resolved. I received another activation code, after a week, and now have access to Sketchup. Cheers.
