Hi, I purchased a Sketchup Pro Student license about a week ago. I sent and had approved my student proof and paid. I never got the email of my order arriving but I checked my Creation Engine and it informed me my order was sent. I proceeded to create my Trimble Account and download my order but my license is not attached. I have been searching for help on the website and it has brought me through several loops and the license retrieval emails never reached me. I need help!
