An hour ago I made the purchase via Internet from SketchUp Pro software, but I have not received any license to my email, but the money from the credit card if it was granted.
Help me please, is not to do.
Now try to contact technical support but I can not get any response.

Be sure to check your email spam folder. Sometimes the license information lands in there which makes it seem like nothing happened.
