Our school has been using Sketchup since last year with no issues. Recently we began getting the dreaded “Are you in the right place?” error
I have Google classrooms on for everyone and allow data access is enabled.
Our domain is springsschool.org
can you please whitelist our domain?

@jcharlton You’ve been added to our whitelist! Since .org domains are not typically associated with K-12 schools Google often fails to recognize these as school addresses.

I’m having the same issue after using it for a long time. Domain: st-georgeit.com All my students can’t access their work from morning to night. Educational Domain. App added and added to whitelist. No one can access or even open Sketchup for schools from their account. Help Appreciated. SOS HERE
