I had a software update and now I can not open any files in SketchUp. It says: The subscription server response is invalid You can continue to use SU, but you will no be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file. I have tried everything. I have to work. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Can I request you to, in your already open SketchUp instance (or alternatively by logging into SketchUp.com (top right corner) >> “manage my account”), follow the image sequence below.
Once you deauthorize all (which basically signs you out of the other SketchUp instances) >> you will be prompted to sign back in and hopefully that will resolve the issue for you?
