The subscription server

Hi,

I can’t seem to get SUPro to work, my subscription is on auto renew for 28th Jan.

It keeps trying to get me to log in for a free trial

I’m being met with this when I try to send to layout or open a sketch up file :
The subscription server response is invalid.

You can continue to use SketchUp, but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file.

Any ideas??

Did you try signing out of SketchUp and then signing back in? Do that in the Help menu.
