Subscription issue Sketchup not working

I cant use sketchup pro, it shows the following
message " the subscription server response is invalid" you can continue to use Sketchup , but you will not be allowed to start a new file or open an existing file?

Please assist

Sign out via [menu] Help > Signout email@address
Quit SketchUp
Start SketchUp
