Subscription renewal

Hi
I’m trying to ensure that my annual fee renewal has been turned off. I’m in Plan Settings but cannot see the auto renewal switch. Can some one help. See attached image .

Your profile says you are using SketchUp Free (web). That version doesn’t have an annual fee.

Hi Dave R. yes. That may well be the case. I’ve just found the sketchUo shop Annual plan marked Expired. I did have a mobile account, so maybe that’s it.

You would have had a 30-day trial of SketchUp Shop when you first started with SketchUp Free. If you chose not to subscribe to SketchUp Shop (now called SketchUp Go) then you would have just SketchUp Free. If you need/want SketchUp Go you just need to go to the site and purchase the subscription. I assume you are using SketchUp as a hobbyist. If so and SketchUp Free has the features you need, you shouldn’t need to do anything to renew your subscription.
