My free trial subscription is not updating to the Annual Subscription.
Need Help, I tried all help solutions to the T. I think it’s going to have too be reinstalled and re-done also on the SketchUp’s upside. I’ve tried reinstalling, but I might have deleted something, it show’s I have the Annual Subscription connected to my email but not on the Sketch startup interface.
There is no need for reinstalling the desktop app.
You need to be sure the seat is assigned to the emailaddress you are using to log in in the SketchUp app.
But this is done in the browser, myaccount.trimble.com
Check the Member section and be sure that the email has the right product ( modify with the three dots at the end)
Then, back in SketchUp, sign out and sign back in to see the changes.
Your profile says you are using SketchUp Go - that doesn’t give you access to the desktop software - only web and iPad version
