Subscription error

Please tell me what this means?

“You can continue to use Sketchup, but you will not be allowed to startb a new file or open an existing file.”
My subscription is up to date.

It means you need to sign into SketchUp again. Go to the Help menu and sign out. Then go back to the Help menu and choose Sign in. Enter your e-mail address and password and you should be all set. With the Subscription license you have to sign in every 28 days.

I have the same problem. Signing out and back in did not work. What else can I do?

Make sure you quit SketchUp after signing out
[menu]File > Quit SketchUp
And not running SketchUp from the disc image (instead of running it through Application/SketchUp 2021
