Hi, using sketchup Go with Ipad,
I re-activated my subscription with apple id, still can use the application with free trial mode. (Evertytime I get logged in with the subscription ID).
When I click the [UPGRADE] box next to my account and choose the monthly plan, It says ‘you are currently subscribed to this’
Still can not use the tool. Can I get any help??
