SU2021Pro Geolocation not working

Hi,
I updated sketchup this morning and now when I try to geolocate an area it freezes while importing. While it is frozen I am not able to do anything in the sketchup window and have to use task manager to close sketchup.

I know that people have had this issue in the past with older versions, has anybody found a solution for this?

I have a similar issue today and wonder if there is a problem with the satellite imagery server. It won’t load if using satellite photos but if I use the roads it will load fine.

I’ve tried clearing all my web browser caches, logging out and back in etc with no current sign of a fix.
