No, this was more than 10 days ago, and Layout has only just started crashing, so probably not the cause.
OK. So there must have been some other change on your computer between that update and when LayOut started crashing.
OK, a bit of a mystery, how would I determine what that change might have been, I am not aware of anything?
I guess look back through the history on the computer. Maybe you can roll back the computer to 9 days ago.
You could try deleting or renaming the whole folder in the %AppData%

I have renamed this and no change,
