I understand one needs to be connected to the internet to run the new Generate Report native to Sketchup. My question is; is does that feature communicate with a Google server? I am collaborating with a Chinese design team on a project and the Generate Report window does not populate with all of the UI. It’s just a blank screen. Looking for a solution.

The old built-in edition may run if the user’s machine is not connected to the internet.
I believe this feature was created after Trimble bought SketchUp, so it should be hosted on a Trimble owned server.
What version are your customers using ?
Is it a licensed Pro edition ?
The report feature may also be using Google Analytics so this might be an issue.

Try changing it into: http://www.baidu.com/
