@MikeWayzovski that may just be the issue. That sketchy edge style does display differently on the iPad. Better workflow may be to create a separate presentation file on the desktop and only use basic styles on iPad when working back and forth from desktop to iPad. I do remember that I had some problems with Trimble Connect earlier in the design process where those files would crash ipad when opening from Connect. So I just made copies of the files and placed them in the files app on the iPad
The crash does seem to happen because of the Tech Pen Endpoints style being in the file. I created a bug report (SUMXR-2803 in our system), with an example file that is only one rectangle, and the style is set to the one that causes the crashes.
The style may be modified from the original, which I think was made for this competition entry:
That model doesnāt crash on iPad, so Iām not sure what significant changes there are in the style.

I keep getting crash stacks with Markup Tool in them, which is strange. Weāll look deeper.

Thanks for your input Barry. It reminded me that the problem files above also had markup tool in them and crashed also. I removed those scenes and saved and I thought the issue was fixed but maybe that is reason Iām now having issues with them.
You have to delete the offending style, not just the scenes that used it.
In general, we donāt support sketchy edges, but kinda surprised that it crashes.
Workaround: donāt use sketchy edges.
But obviously weāll be working on fixing.
