Students can no longer login to Sketchup

All staff can still login with our google domain, @goliadisd.org. All permissions verified and no filter blocking. No students can NOT login @student.goliadisd.org. Both domains under the same google admin, student domain is just a sub domain. Has been working fine for years, just started having this issue. Staff can login to sketchup just fine to same chromebook.

Hi @rickgoliad thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. I will reach out to the rest of the team and see if they made any changes recently. Hopefully we can identify any changes that may be affecting you and your students quickly and get you back up and running. If they did not make any changes, we may need to investigate things on your end a bit to find out what is wrong.

While I am reaching out to the rest of the team, can you get me a screenshot of the developer mode console in Chrome when the error appears? I may be able to find some answers in there. It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of the Network tab in developer mode as well.

Hopefully we can get this resolved quickly and easily!

Excellent! I just tried adjusting a setting on my end that may make a difference. Can you try again and share the output again (assuming it is still not working)? If it is what I think it is, I may have a solution for you soon!

Still the same issue. Says in the developer console that iswhitelisted:false.:frowning:

Can you share a screenshot of the Network tab in developer mode? I verified that you are able to access everything and manually added you to the database myself so you should be able to access it unless a firewall or security setting on your end is blocking the connection. Seeing that tab will help me figure a few things out that might help.

Just tried again and am now able to login with a student. Thank you for your help.

@CaseyG Can you please make sure they are whitelisted?

I have the same issue too. The Google Workspace organizational units are all working fine, while the student accounts are blocked with the same screen. I’ve enabled everything that can be enabled, but nothing works. The domain is @icbormio.it, and everything was functioning perfectly until about a month ago.

Hi @simone.daprada, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp For Schools. I am happy to work with you to get this resolved. I will reach out to the team to find out if we have made any changes that could cause this. In the meantime, can you let me know if you are using Google or Microsoft to deploy the app? Also, a screenshot of the developer mode console tab and developer mode network tab would be really helpful.

Once I have those screenshots I should be able to get some information to start solving this.

@CaseyG We are having the same issue with our domain. Can you check if @decorah.school is whitelisted?

Sure thing @shawn.gordon1. It looks like you were not already in our database so I went ahead and added you to it. I would recommend that you give the app another try and see if that fixed anything. If it did not, try redeploying the app via a super admin and if that still does not help, go ahead and share a screenshot of the console again so I can try and find out what is wrong and see if anything I did on my end is helping at all.

We (teachers and students) are unable to login suddenly today, to SketchUp for edu.sketchup.com

Got the same issue as the rest of the community here.
Please see if our domain is whitelisted? (sais.edu.sg)
