You have to assign the licence to yourself. weird I know.
you can technically get several licences with one account, then assign them to different persons. and it looks like in this case, you need to assign it to yourself.

there, click on members on the left.
you should see only one member, you. if you click on the three dots next to your member profile, you’ll be able to manage product access and assign the seat to yourself.
it’s supposed to be on by default, but during checkout there is an option to opt out (and do it manually), you might have clicked on it by accident.
