Your Trial is Over Message

Hello,

I purchased subscription for 2024 SketchUp Go (web & iPad). The app says “Your Trial is Over” and I’ve tried everything on the support page and contacted the support center but I have not heard from them. How can I log in, please!

Chances are, at checkout, you unticked the option to assign the seat to yourself.
