Bought sketch up 2024 cannot access it or my files

I had a student license until 1 month ago. Bought Sketchup 2024 and now cannot access Sketchup or my files … how do I activate my purchase? Need to get into sketchup urgently for work!

you need to assign the subscription to yourself.
seems that when you got your sub, you unticked the option. and now you have to do it manually.

Thanks yes I have assigned the licence to myself. Now I log in and I get ‘your device is not authorised’ …

I have actually sorted it now … had to sign out and sign in several times but it’s all good now
