Soap bubble extension can't find

I have downloaded soap bubble to my Macbook Pro and I have Sketchup 2017 installed but I cant access the extension. In Extension manager it says Enabled but I can’t open it. Help!

How did you go about installing it? Did you look for its toolbar in View>Tool Palettes?

I believe that need to restart SketchUp before the toolbar will show up.
