SketchUp web don't start

Hi all.
I have a problem when launching web sketchup from chrome: for some days now it has been stuck with the animated logo without proceeding.
I have windows 10, i7 processor and Intel UHD 620 graphics card.
checking the page errors with Ctrl-Shift + J I get:

A future release of Chrome will only deliver cookies with cross-site requests if they are set with SameSite=None and Secure. You can review cookies in developer tools under Application>Storage>Cookies and see more details at and

Which Chrome are you using?

You all should keep an eye of this discussion too:

Version 79.0.3945.79 32 bit

Great! Now with Version 84.0.4147.89 64 bit SketchUp Web is fully functional!

I’m facing the same issue since 15/07/2020.
Windows 7 Pro 32bits
Chrome tried 83.0.4103.116 and 84.0.4147.89, both 32bits
i3 with 4gb ram

I have the same problem !

hope for a rectification.

Same issue here, is there any alternative? :sob: :scream:

If you mean an alternative to using the 64 bit version of Chrome, hopefully whatever broke yesterday will be fixed.

Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (32-bit)

Is there a reason you use the 32 bit version of Chrome?

i am using 32 bit windows 7. can I upgrade to 64 bit Chrome on my 32 bit Windows?

The SketchUp Team is working for a fix to make the Web version work with 32-bit browsers again.

I don’t think so. Your answer about using 32 bit Windows is a valid reason to be using 32 bit Chrome.

We generally don’t work over the weekend, but have you checked today, in case the fix was done yesterday?

it’s all good now. working fine with 32 bit browsers. thank you…
